I posted before but I wanted to follow up with some new ones. Basically I want to adopt 2 cats from a litter and they are both 5.5 weeks old at this point. A college student is taking care of them all right now and it seems like she’s doing ok but still not a total expert.

How often should they be fed if the mother isn’t giving them much milk? Can they have dry food or only wet food? (They are eating wet food now once a day)

If a kitten keeps biting, is that a bad sign? The kitten also will take naps on my lap but keeps biting my fingers.

If the kitten is willing to sleep on my lap, is it likely that she/he will be affectionate and not a scaredy cat?

How do you know if the kitten is play fighting or aggressively fighting?

Is it bad if they don’t want to play with a big feather teaser toy? I’m guessing it’s because it’s bigger than them. I don’t know if they need a string or if it’s just generally too soon to tell.
