How can we calculate how much water they get from a certain wet food? Can we?

I'm sure my dog drinks enough water but as usually happens with cats, not that sure about my cat. She eats one 80-85 grams of wet food a day. I add a bit extra water to it too, sometimes also to her dry food. She also drinks water but I can't really tell if she drinks enough. I read a 4kg cat needs around 220-280 ml water a day. I'm sure she doesn't drink that much from the water bowls.

Is there a way to calculate how much water in ml she gets from her wet food?
