I’ve had my cat for years now. Super sweet and loving to people, especially me. Fast forward, my friend has to rehome her Shiba and I expressed interest and I now own the dog. The cat and dog fear each other, but the cat due to previous roommate pets, now hisses, swipes at anything non human while peeing out of fear. Am I SOL? I love my cat and I’ve wanted a dog for a while as well and I’ve grown attached to the dog a little.
