Would UTI treatments cause low ph urine in cats?

Follow up for a previous post where my cat demonstrated symptoms of a mild UTI. In an attempt to clear it up ourselves, we gave her some UTI treats and a UTI tonic. The treats recommended 2 a day, so we gave 1 a day plus the recommended amount of the tonic. Both these had decent reviews on Amazon. We also ordered more Pretty Litter as we had run out. Her behavior and appetite has not changed.

The litter arrived and showed that she actually had the opposite, very low ph in her urine. She also the same day had slightly loose and externally bloody stool. (As in, there was a small amount of bright red blood on the outside of the stool, nothing dark or throughout the stool) We stopped the UTI treatment all together and immediately made a vet appointment. Earliest one is in a few days still.

Her stool and urine have both gotten better and are now normal.

I'll be honest, we are struggling financially since my husband lost his job. I would always try to put our pets above money, but have to consider vet appointments carefully as emergencies only. I'm considering cancelling this appointment. Before anyone gives me shit for it, saved money from a needless vet appt now means more money for a necessary one later.

I'm wondering if these UTI treatments were too much and maybe caused the low ph urine and maybe somehow the bloody stool. Or if a very appointment is still completely necessary. If she still had runny stool I wouldnt hesitate, but she seems to have gotten better...
