I was sitting out on my porch smoking and spotted someone from a neighboring apartment complex abusing his dog. I noticed the dog when it was squealing and crying and shouted "WHAT THE F*CK". As the guy was walking his two dogs back in, for absolutely no reason, I saw/heard him hit the smaller dog until it cried again.what do I do. This dog did nothing to recieve these hard hits that I could hear from 300 ft away.
