Moving next door with an outdoor cat

I am trying to transition my outdoor cat to moving to a new home. However, I’m having difficulty due to the fact that I’m only moving directly next door to my old house.

Both houses are located on several acres, so the cat has been used to exploring the area and backyard of both houses for about a year now. For some backstory, I was living with relatives with my cat the past year, and am now moving in actually next door but my relatives are still in the old house so my cat I believe is very confused as to where her home is right now.

How can I transition her to knowing my current house as her new home? I tried keeping her indoors here for a few days, but she meowed incessantly all through the night and refused to use the litter box unless I physically placed her in it. She seemed very stressed and waited by the door to be let out the entire time. I wasn’t sleeping from the meowing so started letting her out again the past few days, but the problem is is that she keeps going back to my old house! My relatives currently have a cat too, so her old litter box and her food are all still there.

She will sometimes come to my door here at the new place, but wants to go back outside within an hour or so. Any ideas on how to go about this?
