Hello everyone. So this is my first post here. I have a situation and I really need advice. Basically, there is a mouse in my house. The cat has discovered it and has been pursuing it all morning. Being a fan of animals great and small, I have mixed feelings about allowing this to happen. On the one hand, I know that it’s the circle of life and all that, and Dexter is only following his instincts. I don’t particularly want a mouse here, as they can get into food and other stuff. On the other, I feel so badly for the mouse. I’ve thought of trying to grab it somehow while the cat gives chase, but it runs too fast and it’s complete chaos because Dexter is pretty quick himself. So what should I do? Do I let nature run its course or would I be a terrible person?
