Pretty sure a friend of mine is unknowingly (due to stupidity) helping a puppy mill; has anyone heard of this:
A woman (supposedly a reputable breeder) wants to to give a poodle to my friend to house. Periodically this woman will take the dog to her "clinic" to breed. The pregnant dog will then be housed at my friends house until birth. Once the puppies the are collected, my friend gets $1k. She then keeps the mother poodle until its time to breed her again.
I'm I just assuming the worst or is this woman stashing her breeding dogs at people's homes, avoiding detection of her Mill?
