Advice for bringing in a feral/stray cat

I have a group of community cats I care for. I've only managed to win one cat over. To my knowledge, he's spent most if not all of his life outside. I had him neutered. And I've brought him to the vet for his vaccines. We go again on Monday for more. My plan is to bring him inside after his appt and keep him there.

After I had him neutered, he spent almost a week in my bathroom recovering. He rested and only took two days to learn how to use the litter box.

I'm guessing he's over 5 years old. He was scared of people but starting in May, he started trusting me more. He's very sweet, affectionate, and loves tummy rubs.

Has anyone ever brought in a feral before? I'd love advice.

I also have another cat. A one year old neutered male. He was a couple months old when I brought him in. He was also a feral. A son of the cat I want to bring in on Monday.

I'm just worried about how the stray will do inside and how both cats will do with each other.

Will they fight? Start spraying? Will the feral scratch at furniture?
