Bird found in our backyard

Hello,

We are currently redesigning our backyard and we found this very round bird in our backyard on the concrete. I'm not sure if its pregnant. I took a picture but I'm not sure I'm I'm allowed to post it here. Its eyes are closed and it's still breathing. What should I do?
