Change in jobs impacts my dog... Advice?

I have a rescue dog that I've taken care of for the past 2.5 years. She was previously a stray. I moved across the country about half a year ago for a great job opportunity, and my lifestyle has changed enough that I'm worried for my dog's wellbeing as well as my financial ability to take care of her. I feel like I might need to re-home her, but I'm not sure if there's another option I'm missing? Any advice would be helpful. Rehoming is obviously my last resort.

Context: My new job is incredibly demanding, and I don't see this changing anytime soon. I've been working 10-12 hour days very often and leaving my poor pup at home. I have so many meetings that it's impossible for me to run home and walk my dog during my lunch. She's been having a lot of separation anxiety, which I've tried quelling with behavioral tricks and prescriptions to no avail.

To try to make things better, I've done the following: 1. Purposefully moved much closer to work so I could come home quicker and leave later. But I'm still working too much for my doggo to not have anxiety. 2. Found a roommate with a dog so my dog wouldn't be so lonely. But my roommate and her dog are basically never here (she's been crashing with her bf).

I've also looked into hiring a dog walker on my work days, but it's very much out of my budget, even after an incredible amount of finagling.

In general, I've been financially stressed. My new area is way more expensive in general, but particularly with a dog, which I didn't realize before moving here. Many apartments don't allow dogs, and the ones that do tend to be much more expensive for base rent (~$200-600) AND charge extra "pet rent" (~$50-200). I could easily be spending $500 less a month on rent to live without a dog, and that amount could really help me out with food costs, student loans, and other major life expenses I can't avoid.

tl;dr: I moved to a new area for a job. Working many hours, so I can't give my dog the love and attention she needs. Living with a dog in this new area is also incredibly expensive, so I'm very tight financially. Any ideas on what to do other than rehoming?
