I'm having a Pet Parade for my residents this Thursday for a nursing home I work at. I have gotten very little response in participants. Does anyone know what resources or businesses I could reach out to in order to spread the word?

So as the title says, I'm hosting a Pet Parade this Thursday. I have asked people to bring their pets in costume to the parade and help our residents feel more integrated in the community. Not many people I've reached out to in the community seem interested. My residents begged for me to do this and I don't want to let them down. I've reached out to a couple Pet Therapy groups in my state and have also reached out to the Humane Society here. Does anyone else have any advice as to getting more people involved?
