My dog has become very receptive to the command "Hey" (which is regrettable because I get weird looks from people, but it's basically just "stop pulling or I'll stop walking").
For some reason, she still pulls when prompted to stop but will glance over her shoulder and acknowledge my existence for a minute. As soon as we do stop, then she comes right up to me and waits until we begin walking (a time in which there is no pulling or agitated behavior).
Then she goes right back to pulling.
The pulling behavior has not lessened at all over the last few months and she walks every day. We work on it every day, too.
Any Suggestions? She's a very smart dog, but I don't know if she can figure out what I'm asking for.
