I'm leaving for 5 days next week and I've been going back and forth on how I should handle my cats' care. If I take them to my in-laws, I feel like they'll be scared/uncomfortable the whole time, but if I leave them here alone and get a once-a-day check in on them, they'll be scared/alone the whole time. I wish I could just ask my cats what they would prefer! Do you think it would be better to take them to a scary place for them with the benefit of having people around them, or keep them at home in their comfort zone but have them be lonely the whole time?
