Background: I live in a two bedroom apartment with 1 roommate, I’ll only be here until next June so I could potentially get around this landlord not allowing pets BUT I will be moving to my boyfriend’s where his landlord doesn’t typically allow pets. I want to adopt a cat. Does the whole registering the animal as a therapy/security pet a sure fire to getting around landlord restrictions?
