My brother is moving out, taking everything of his except his dog that he never takes care of, told me I can sell him and if I don’t by the weekend he’s just gonna take him and let him out somewhere, this small dog wouldn’t last without someone to take care of him and wouldn’t last in the cold weather, I plan on selling him to a good home, is $50 asking to much or? He isn’t house trained
