Hello! Sorry for any weird formatting, I'm on mobile. I'm also not sure where to go for advice.
I got my first pet cat, Robbie around 2 months ago. He is very energetic and playful, as any healthy kitten. Ever since he was a baby, I noticed any little thing or movement will over excite him (like toys, moving feet, etc.) His back and tail get super poofy (pilo erection).
Lately when he gets his bursts of energy, he runs on the bed and gets very stiff and poofy. If I come near him his eyes go wide, ears back and he starts meowing super loud. He also swipes/jumps at my face and grabs my had and starts biting and attacking. When he gets like that I approach very slowly and get at his level, then slowly try to pet him to try and calm him. Sometimes it works, sometimes he gets worse.
I'm not sure what to do anymore to help him, I'm worried he'll become straight up aggressive and attack a family member
