Please help! new cat mom, he seems sad after vet/medicine

Hi, I had Kevin, my 4-5 month old kitten, for two weeks now. I've never had cats before, but i already love him to bits. Anyways, last week we gave him two vaccines on the shelter we adopted him from, and he seemed fine. On wednesday, we noticed he had diarrhea so we took him to the vet, told us he got parasitosis (not sure if that's a word on English, sorry, but it's something to do with parasites) and gave him a shot for it, and oral medicine, and then the vet asked us to give him medicine every 12 hours for one, and every 8 hours for another one. Thursday he went for another vet visit, got a shot, and the same medicine procedure. Today he went for the las time, got him a shot and then the vets told me to give him just the 12 hours medicine. Well, today's he's got to hiding, not wanting to eat or drink, and generally just seems sad, he's also been kinda vomiting saliva, and clicking his tongue because of drooling. I think he might be just stressed, but I'm actually worried that we've been given him too much medicine, his next medicine is at 5 am but I'm not sure anymore if I want to give him, right now he's in front on me peacefully sleeping, and his stools got better. Please remember I have never owned cats before, I don't know what is normal or not, so I just need someone with more experience to tell me what they think, and if there is something i need to do or stop doing, thank you <3
