ADVICE NEEDED!! moving with cat

Hi!

About 5 months ago I moved with my cat 14 hours away, we drove and he was definitely not happy but we made it. I have been considering moving back home for a few months to save money for my own place, but it would mean another 14-hour car ride for my cat and another move. My cat is my whole world, he's 4 years old and has been the biggest blessing so I just want to make sure I'm not making a decision that will hurt him. Unfortunately, my life has been relatively unstable and we have had to move around a few times since I adopted him, he usually adjusts but I'm just worried about putting him through another long drive and another move. I'll be attending grad school in the fall and will definitely have a stable home by the time I start, so we can finally stop moving. I just need advice on moving around with my cat and another cross country move, I just want to make sure I'm doing right by him.

Thank you in advance!
