I'm 20 and since I need to be 21 I'm having my mom fill out the application (we live together). I was wondering if I could then readpit her from my mom in a year?
In all honesty I'm concerned that my mom would blackmail me with getting rid of the cat in the future since it's under her name. I just wanna make sure the cat's in my name so that that can't happen.
