Cat tummy issues

So my cat threw up this morning and it was a ton of his food and then later he threw up again, still a little of his food and mostly liquid. Now he threw up again but this time it was clear and a little frothy. I did give him these dental treats that he’s had before and never thrown up with but he hasn’t had them in awhile so I’m thinking maybe that’s the reason. Should I take him to the vet or is it just the treats passing through his system? I also just got a new cat who had an Upper respiratory infection two weeks ago. Maybe he got it from her? They didn’t share any food or water bowls. But they did share toys. Would this cause a cat to throw up? Thanks!
