I have two dogs, a Papillon mix and Chihuahua mix, that wandered away down the road today. They didn’t go too far and came back to the house when we called for them, left the yard when the gate was accidentally left open. They could’ve only been gone ~10 minutes and went down one of the roads I walk them on, not a very busy one. The thing I noticed, however, was they stuck together. They had ample opportunity to go in different directions, down the other road I take them, but they didn’t. I was wondering if this was normal or if my dogs just really like each other since I found it interesting.
