How do I handle this?
I posted on r/askvet but that seems to be kind of inactive so I’ll just post it here too. So my sister and I were thinking of adopting a dog, preferably from a shelter and a young dog/ puppy. However, our family currently owns a 3 year old female mini dachshund who can get aggressive around other dogs, but sometimes she just rolls over, etc. how can we go about adopting the dog or is it not possible with her nature? Will she not get used to living with another dog? Any tips would be appreciated before we adopt a dog. Thank you :)
