Since hours I am looking for answers to my questions about import/export cat.
I live in Japan but cats stayed in Mexico. As long flight are not possible from Mexico, I will cross the border in Tijuana with cats and will go to Los Angeles Airport by bus. Basically I will be within 24 hours in USA.
They are free of rabbies with certificate established by US laboratory.
I am already preparing all documents to export from Mexico and to import in Japan but what about USA import/export short "transit"?
It seems import is quite easy but what about export ?
Is APHIS Form 7001 necessary or any other document ?
I am lost and any help would be very appreciated.
