Title basically. Adopted a pair of kittens, they're both around 3 months old and they always stick together no matter where they go. I've always wanted a cat my entire life and I was presented with this wonderful opportunity but 2 cats are harder to manage that I expected. As a test, I locked them in separate rooms and not even a minute later they started meowing and looking for a way to get to the other side.
It breaks my heart to think that I might have to separate them but I have no other choice. I either give them both away or just one.
Will they get used to living alone without their sibling? They used to live with their mom cat and dad cat and as far as I can tell, the kittens are completely fine.
