My anxious cat viciously attacked her brother

I need some advice. I'm planning on calling my vet tomorrow but I just need some advice to get through the night.

I have two cats - one very anxious, occasionally aggressive (due to fear) 2 yr old female named Juniper, and a sweet, gentle 13 yr old boy named Milo that we adopted this past September. Tonight, Milo got his head stuck in a bag and was walking around with it on his head. Juniper got absolutely terrified, and immediately began attacking him. They were both screaming, rolling around, and she was going TOTALLY nuts on him. I literally just finished cleaning up clumps of Milo's fur and his fear-pee off the floor.

Thankfully I was able to get Juniper into a room with her litter box and food/water, and so they're currently separated. Even more thankfully, Milo only has 2 very small scratches on him. But like... What the heck? What do I do? Should I keep them separate over night?

Again, I'm gonna call my vet tomorrow. I'm kind of at my wits end with my Juniper. She's my baby but she is really not right. She obviously went through some trauma before we adopted her one year ago, this is far from the first time she's fairly viciously attacked someone. She's been checked over thoroughly by the vet several times, no underlying health problems. I've tried holistic remedies, Feliway, and Clomicalm. So far nothing really helps calm her down. She's so sweet, but has these awfully severe episodes where she causes some real harm, and I just don't know what to do.

Anyone have any words of wisdom they could send my way? I'd so appreciate any advice.
