My parents kitten has the tendency to knock over my other cats dry food dish. Then, he pees on it. This has happened 3 times. What should be done to prevent this from happening again?

Other details: We use clump litter. We do litter every day. He doesn't eat dry food unless it has wet food mixed in the dish.
