I have a kitten that is about 11-12 weeks old, and has a lot of longer hairs but they’re kind of thin compared to the shorter fur that is his base coat. He already has long tufts of fur in between his toes, and the same on his ears and neck. I’m pretty sure he will be long haired, but I’m not sure when his coat will actually fill out.
