Hi I have a 4 year old Great Pyrenees who has always been such a gentle sweetie. She has now growled or snarled at me on 3 occasions all since adding a new puppy to the family.
The first time was when I pulled her away from getting to table food. The other pup was nearby so I let it slide as food envy/possessiveness.
The second time she jumped into my spot in the bed when I got up, she does this from time to time and it’s usually cute and I move her. This time when I went to move her away she growled/nipped in my direction.
The third time was while brushing her. The other dog was nearby so maybe that had something to do with it?
Very sad and frustrating as she was always so long and loving. Is this because of the new dog or what??
