Help! My cat's been missing for 4 days and I still can't find him 😭

Hi guys! Please help me. I don't know how to find my cat. 🥺

We took him (7 months old) to the vet for an antirabies shot but before they can cage him, he jumped out of my arms and ran outside 😢 when i tried to follow him there were a lot of cars outside and I didn't get to him fast enough because when I looked, he was gone. But I know that he crossed the street. I'm scared because this is the 4th day of him being missing and his lost in an area that he doesn't know (The vet js located outside the public market) 😢😢 We go there everyday to look for him but still no luck. I don't know how to find him since he's also always been a sneaky cat 😭
