I just adopted a very sweet 1 year old cat, she’s very active and seems to have gotten used to our apartment within the first few hours. (the rooms she’s been allowed in at least) She’s explored every nook and cranny of the main rooms to our apartment and hasn’t been over stimulated or seemed like she was scared/uncomfortable. How long should I wait before having company over? Especially since the two of us will be home alone together in the next few days, and I’d like to have someone over to watch her while I shower or run errands. I’m worried to leave her on her own, even when I’m just showering, because she’s extremely curious and has super high energy, so I don’t want her to get into anything or wreck something...
