Hey all. As title says, my dog is displaying multiple symptoms of being in his final days.he's typically fairly mental and bouncing off the walls. The last 3 weeks he has been sleeping almost every hour of the day except for his walks, which has recently had to stop, he's had a recent loss of interest, eye discharge, diarrhoea, weight loss and a complete lack of interest in food unless it is canned which he has only ever been given on special occasions, but have been recently using as it's the only way to get him to eat his food. He's fairly old for his age, and has lived a happy life and as devastated as I am he seems to be at the end of the road on this mortal coil, I want to make his final days as comfortable as possible. Is there any advice for helping him feel calm and relaxed when it's his time? Thanks.
