I have a dog (8 years old) and a cat (under a year old).
The dog had five teeth removed a while ago due to a teeth infection and has been mostly eating wet food and from time to time and dry food that has been softened with water. This is because after he eats normal sized dry dog food it causes him pain. The problem is he enjoys eating dry food and we have not been able to provide that for him.
We have tried getting the smallest kind of dog food we can and we have tried cutting them up but that does not work seeing as we are still left with quite big pieces.
The dry food he eats is the one he steals from the cats feeder when the cat does not eat all of it or when one of us accidentally walks into it and knock some of the food down.
Does anyone have any idea where we could get some very small dry food for dogs? Like kitten sized dry food. Or any other ideas.
