I only had her for about a year, and I knew that this time would come just not like this and not this fast. I live in a very coyote prone area. At 2:00am last week, I heard the heartbreaking cries of a cat in pain. I left the garage doors open, Damn thing just walked in and stole her away.
I think it just hurts the most knowing that she died in the one place she felt safest in the worst way possible. I loved her, she would sit in my lap as I did work, and lay right next to me as I watched the latest show I was into. I hope she’s in a better place
