My cat (8 years) has recently developed a strange bedtime routine and i was wondering if anyone could help me figure out why she does this. She will jump up onto the upstairs window sill and stare out onto the street for hours before hopping back down drinking and then sleeping on my bed. She gets very jittery and looks nervous the whole time. I live in rural UK and there are foxes in my area + other cats. Could she be sort of guarding the house from other animals?
