My new kitten will sometimes get really fixated on a piece of fabric. Whenever we’re laying in bed, one of my kittens will start smelling a spot on the blanket or on my shirt, close her eyes, move her face all over the area, pure really loud, gets excited and lightly nibbles on the area. She’ll do this for 20 minutes at a time. At first I thought maybe I spilled food on my bed but no, it’s always a different spot and it’s happened after I washed my sheets.
My question is, does anyone know why she’s doing this? Why is this one kitten so fixated on the smell on my sheets and my clothes?
