Should I take blood samples of my elderly dog (13F)

Hi there Redditors,

Our family dog is 13 years old and has recently started to drink more and more water. I took her to the vet and had her urine sampled, which cost an excessive 77 euros. Well the vet couldn't say much, since she also needed an additional blood sampling which costs another 150 euros.

I don't know what to do, because even if it turns out to be something with her liver or kidneys or something else, she's quite old already and a surgery doesn't seem that feasible anymore.

Should I just decline the blood sampling and let it go? All she does for now is drink more water and pee more.
