Advice on my 2 cats?

 I have 2 cats that my husband brought home from his job. He is so soft hearted and couldn’t handle leaving them at the refinery he works at. These two cats have wrecked havoc in our home. They will not stop peeing everywhere, ruining our curtains, running across our counters, tearing up the carpet, tearing up the couch, and even tore up one of the beds in our house. One of the cats cannot even poop in the litter box correctly. We have another cat that we’ve had for years that does not behave this way. We live in a rural area with not many vehicles on the road. We also live far from a road. My husband is over it. He cannot handle them and wants to put them outside. I feel terrible about the situation, but I do think they will cause me to go crazy once our first baby is here. I’m scared they might run across and scratch the new baby or even pee on her stuff. What should I do????
