I know this sounds typical, but it's only during a very specific timeframe. My cat has begun to get aggressive with me before and after eating - he started to suddenly attack me using his claws and teeth (not to the point where it's bleeding but to it definitely hurts) - it almost feels like he's hunting. This behavior only started after I returned from a 2 week vacation about a month ago. He's still affectionate with me outside of this timeframe which confuses me. I had my SO (who was actually his foster) take care of him for most of my trip, but the other days were by my brother who he's not aware of.
This has been going on for a month now and I'm very confused as to why he's acting aggressive pre and post mealtime.
