I have 2 kittens both 5 months old. one of them is very vocal, and the other one is borderline silent. i’ve heard her hiss at the other cat a couple times and that is about it. she often will open her mouth to meow but no noise comes out. on occasion i’ll be able to hear a faint squeak but the majority of the time she just meows with no sound. is this normal? should i be worried?
