Ringworm exposure + is sporonox safe?

About 5 days ago I took home two fosters who had already completed their quarantine. However, one of them had ringworm. So the cat played with my cats for three days before I realized and transferred the kittens to our ringworm foster.

So far I've vacuumed and sprayed down everything with rescue cleaner + lysol. My cats have been sulfur dipped and I'm washing myself daily with anti fungal soap. I also sprayed down their trees with rescue cleaner and lysol and vacuumed.

I have a few questions, 1- is there any chance my cats might not get it, or is it inevitable?

2- I live in a studio (which is why I only take pre-quarantined cats) so I am unsure of how to quarantine them.

3- I've read some contradicting reports on Sporonox and while I don't want my cats to get sick, I also really want to make sure I am approaching this systematically so as to know this out completely.

As of now we are living normally, and I check them daily for spots (and myself). Should I already be trying to quarantine? In addition one of my cats is my emotional support animal and I've gotten quite used to holding him during panic attacks and I am really nervous about having to quarantine him and how that is going to effect me.
