She hasn’t eaten in 2 days. She is drinking a lot of water but refuses to eat. She is about 10 years old and she’s never done this before. She does have this infection and she is on a daily medicine that the vet prescribed for her, but she’s been in that for some time. I don’t know what to do and I’m worried
