Cat keeps peeing/ spraying on my bed. What are my options?

I have two cats. They’re two years old and they are my babies. I love them dearly. I try to do the best I can for them, but right now I’m at a loss for what the best thing for them is.

One of them is a little Siamese rescue. He is extremely codependent. Very loving, but very high maintenance. Since he was a kitten, he has had an on and off issue with peeing in my bed. It only happens when I’m not in the room, typically when I’m away for long periods of time.

The last year, I got it to stop almost completely. I used the Feliway diffuser for calming. I’ve gotten better results with this than anything else. My mattress has been deep cleaned several times with all the enzyme destroyers and the like.
Some more details: -He has been to a vet and had x-Ray work done. Vet says this is caused by stress and that nothing is wrong with him medically -he was fixed as soon as he age and weight allowed him to be fixed -my cats get along very, very well. -I have the Scoopfree automatic litter box. It does an amazing job of making sure they have a clean place to go.

The reason for this post is that I took the diffuser out a few months ago because the issue was fixed, but he has been doing it again this week. I’m starting to think that my work schedule is too hard on him and that maybe he would be happier with someone who is home all the time. This breaks my heart, but I truly want the best for him. Right now I’m working a little over 30 hours a week I’m gone from around 9-2, then I come home and feed them and leave for my second job at 4pm.

I’m open to literally any suggestion that would help my little guy.
