My cat recently had several teeth extracted. She won't eat the soft food I tried giving her. She hates soft food. She will eat her usual kibble, she swallows it whole. Any issues with breaking the already small kibble into smaller pieces and feeding her like that? She seems smart enough to not chew it.
I understand eating hard food isn't ideal for the situation, but she is swallowing it whole. Does any have any suggestions for other options?
