I'm currently living in a basement, and I want to own a pet that won't be too intrusive/cause disturbance to the people living upstairs. I would love a dog but I'm afraid if he barks it'll be a problem.... Furthermore I'm out of the house for 12 hours a day, so it won't be too good to leave a dog alone for that long :(
