has anyone tried feliway and been successful? my cat wont stop peeing in the house and my parents want to get rid of her

I posted a couple weeks ago about my cat peeing in the house and we took my cat to the vet and it turned out she had a bladder infection so we got her medicine and I thought that would be the end of story. she finished her meds though and peed on the same spot on the couch that she had been before. my mom is going to get rid of her but I heard about the product feliway that calms cats? idk? but has anyone actually used this and been successful
