I live in hollywood, ca so prob not the safest place for an outdoor cat but I know in some areas of town people do it. The cat had a collar and was friendly, came up to me for me to pet it. I was worried it was lost but don’t know much about cats and didn’t want to grab someone’s pet. How can you tell the difference?
