Okay so my dad got 3 parakeets last month, without consulting anyone in the family. Since it was a new experience and all, I liked them cause they were cute and I also had read a comic about them. I looked forward to have them on my finger. I even bought toys and millets for them but they don't play with it nor eat it. Now, I find cleaning their cage troublesome as the responsibility has somehow been passed onto me due to me showing them more love when they just arrived. My sister has been feeding them every morning, but no one cleans the cage. Should I just suck it up and take on the responsibility of cleaning their cage??
