I'm attached to a stray cat that lives in my backyard but i'm moving, what are my options?

A cat, maybe less than a year old, started coming to my backyard about 8 months ago. She wasn't friendly at first but got to know me. Not sure if she's feral or stray but anyway, I trapped her and took her to be fixed, planning to keep her as an indoor cat afterwards. She tested positive for FELV and I have other cats. She remained outdoors with her other furry friends. But I feed her and make sure she has water and shelter from the rain.

My parents are splitting up and we're moving. I've read it's possible but very difficult to relocate a feral/stray cat. And even if it were easy, we might be moving to an apartment complex where I couldn't relocate her.

Because she has FELV, whatever shelter i'd take her to would put her down. And nobody else can adopt her unless they don't have cats already. And the thought of leaving her makes me instantly sob, like I am right now.

What are my options, if any? I'm so heartbroken.
