My parents refuse to let my dog ever come inside unless the temperature outside is below 12°F, but not if it is too hot. Even when they do let him in, he is locked in a small room with a small bowl of water and no food because they think he will poop in the room. They also punish him for growling over normal things(I.e getting too close to toys and food). I do not want him to be taken away but I also want him to be treated better. What are my options?
